A student-built puzzle game about music, color, and a changing island

Crustacean Works is a six-student capstone team from PFW's Engineering Technology and Computer Science department. Island Song is our project: a small open-world puzzle game built in Unreal Engine 5.

We focused on atmosphere and deliberate world design so the experience feels cohesive, purposeful, and complete.

The team is based at Purdue University Fort Wayne, completing Island Song as an ETCS capstone project sponsored by Aga Pita.

The island is divided into five regions, each with its own puzzle focus. Solving a region's final puzzle brings color and music back to that part of the world.
